Identity Verification

To establish your identity, please bring with you both the following original documents to
your appointment:

1. A valid photographic ID (such as a passport or driving licence).

2. Proof of your current address (such as a utility bill or bank statement).For business clients, we need to verify the existence of your company.

For UK companies, we will conduct checks through Companies House. If your company is registered overseas, please provide one of the following documents:

• Certificate of incorporation

• Certificate of good standing

• Company extract from the local company register

If additional checks are required, we will notify you accordingly.

If you are an individual signing on behalf of another person, please bring with you:

• A Power of Attorney granting you authority to act on their behalf.

If you are signing on behalf of a company, please provide evidence of your authority,
which can be established through any of the following means:

• Constitutional documents, such as the Articles of Association;

• Company extract listing the directors/members;

• Authorised signatory list;

• Board resolution/minutes of a meeting;

• or Power of Attorney.

If any further documentation is required that is not mentioned above, we will inform
you when you book your appointment with us.
