Apostille Services

In addition to having your document notarised, you may also need the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (the FCO) to legalise it by way of an apostille if you need to use it abroad.

What is an Apostille?

An apostille is a certificate affixed to your document by the FCO which authenticates the seal and signature of the Notary Public.

Your documents will be ready the next working day if you have an appointment before 10am with us. If your appointment is later in the day, your document will be ready in 2 working days.

How It Works

1. Get a quote

Give us a call, drop us an email, or use our contact form to make an enquiry, letting us know what documents you would like notarised, and we'll send you a quote.

2. Book your appointment

If you are happy with your price, book an appointment at our office in Belgravia at your convenience. We also offer a travelling service across central London, and weekend or evening appointments by arrangement.

3. Receive your documents

At the appointment, we'll check your ID and perform the notarisation while you wait. Appointments typically take 30 minutes. For Apostille or Consular Legalisation services, you'll leave your documents with us and we'll notify you when ready.
